Divyanka attended her first Bharatanatyam class at the age of 4 and has never looked back. Alongside training for 14 years and completing her Arangetram, she learned and performed multiple styles of dance including Sattriya, Bollywood, Kathak, Raas, Ballet, and Hip Hop. She then joined Boston University Jalwa in college and became lead in her second year on the team. Today you can find her dancing on Bhangra Theory and Samsara.
Alongside performing with teams and filming videos with Sonia, Divyanka has shared her Classical Fusion choreography with the world on her YouTube channel. With over 2.4 million total views and 15K+ subscribers, she has started to make her mark within the online dance world. Born and raised in the sunny state of California, Sonia essentially came out of the womb dancing. Once she turned 8, she formally trained in Bharatanatyam for 8 years. She has also trained in Kathak, Ballet, Contemporary, and Hip Hop. Sonia joined Boston University Jalwa in college and served as dance captain for her final year on the team.
Once she graduated, she decided to put together her acting dreams and dance background and played a lead role in the Broadway showcase ‘Bhangin’ It’. Maybe you’ll come across Sonia in the next dance studio or acting class you walk into, but until then keep tabs on her through Instagram.
Manasvi, a west coast girl, started learning Bharatanatyam at the age of 5 and completed her Arangetram after formally training for 10 years. Alongside Indian Classical dancing, Manasvi is a versatile dancer and has experience in hip hop, Bollywood, and Kathak.
Currently, you can find her dancing with Boston University Jalwa. As an artist, Manasvi loves creating unique content and expressing herself through images and modeling as shown through her Instagram.
Siddarth Kelam Aka Sidd Kel is a Bharatanatyam Dancer, Audio Engineer, Music Producer, and a Cinematographer. Growing up with classical Indian dancers as parents, Siddarth Kelam had always been surrounded by Music, dance and very talented creatives.
Siddarth Decided to pursue a career in DJ/Music Production when we attended his first concert. For his first concert, he experienced the world of electronic music through DJ Tiesto. When he walked out of that concert he realized how much he loved music and decided to pursue a career as a DJ which later extended into Music Production. Sidd has DJ-ed in a lot of popular venues all across Atlanta such as Opera, Believe Music Hall, The loft, Cosmo Lava, and The Quad just to name a few.
After a few years of actively djing in Atlanta, Sidd Decided to step it up a notch and try his hand in music production. He attended SAE Institute in Atlanta, Ga and Graduated with a diploma in Audio Engineering with Distinction as the salutatorian of his class. After graduating from SAE, he was appointed the manager at Grammy nominated Bravo Ocean Studios. He worked at Bravo Ocean Studios for 2 ½ Years. While at Bravo Ocean Studios, Siddarth was mentored by Nick Chahwala & Charles Malone (Head Producers at Bravo Ocean Studios.) He learnt many valuable things about the music industry and music production. While at Bravo Ocean Studios, Siddarth had the opportunity to work with popular artists such as Ulrika, Prisca, Sweetbay, Ester Dean, Bone Crusher, East Side Boys, Raury and Adam Larossa just to name a few.
After 2 ½ years at Bravo Ocean Studios, Siddarth decided enter the music and creative industry and started his own Production company “Sidd Kel Productions.” Under the Sidd Kel productions umbrella, Siddarth Operates Sidd Kel Music and Sidd Kel Vision. Two Companies offering services in clients looking for music production needs and or videography / photography solutions.
Siddarth Kelam is currently the Co-Director at Kalaivani Dance Academy while pursuing his dreams of being a prominent figure in the creative world through the Sidd Kel Brand.
